Senior Project Manager
About the role
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality work and managing teams. They partner with the Account and extended team to develop annual Service Order Workflows (SOWs) and tactical and staffing plans. They manage print and digital marketing efforts, including websites, banners, applications, brochures, mailers, banner ads, print ads, videos, and provide direction and support to the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex work and teams.
- Partner with Account and extended team to develop annual SOWs and tactical and staffing plans.
- Manage the development and production of print and digital marketing efforts.
- Ensure client objectives/guidelines are defined and deliverables and client feedback are shared/incorporated in a timely manner.
- Develop and lead client presentations for respective brands.
- Interface with key agency teams to ensure they're on track to meet milestones.
- Represent Agency and Project Management department at Client meetings.
- Lead meetings such as hot sheet, weekly status, project briefings, internal creative reviews, and meetings with external vendors.
- Review content and route deliverables for review/sign-off via electronic project routing system.
- Enforce agency process and manage the quality assurance (QA) phase for all projects.
- Work on and lead new business pitches as necessary.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management (including Digital), Pharma Agency experience (preferred).
- You are passionate for self-development.

- Demonstrated passion in marketing or communications.
