Skill Requirements
- BCs/BA degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or another related field
- Proven experience as a residential construction project manager or equivalent experience
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles
- Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards
- Familiarity with construction/project management software
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of construction management processes
- Good driving record, valid driver’s license and vehicle to travel to construction sites
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Qualifications
- Work week is Monday to Friday, or other 5-day arrangements as fit the needs of the organization, with occasional meetings and events on Saturdays and evenings.
