Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the Project Execution Plan, ensuring projects run smoothly.
• Stay attuned to client needs and exceed their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project teams and maintain Granger's high standards across all departments.
• Monitor project progress, profitability, quality, and timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Build and maintain positive team dynamics to keep project energy high.
• Nurture client relationships to secure future projects.
• Drive sales and pursuit activities to expand our client base.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to support the professional development of team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing projects and leading teams.
• A background in construction management or civil engineering.
• Great organizational and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive drive to innovate and solve problems.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with ProCore, ViewPoint, and Microsoft Project.
• An emotional intelligence that allows you to connect with and adapt to any team.
• Construction software knowledge and a builder's mindset.
