Senior Project Manager
We are conducting a confidential search for a senior-level opportunity with one of Hawaii's most established mechanical contractors. Their project portfolio includes some of the largest resorts, hospitals, hotels, and commercial developments across the Islands.
About the Role
This is a senior-level opportunity for a proactive project leader capable of managing complex $45M+ projects while bringing project teams, subcontractors, owners, and other stakeholders together.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Extensive commercial construction experience
- Experience managing $45M+ projects
- Experience with large-scale resorts, hotels, hospitals, healthcare facilities, or major commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following trades:
- Mechanical
- Plumbing
- Sheet Metal
- Fire Protection
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and project execution
- Ability to work effectively with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A proactive leadership style with the ability to bring teams together and keep complex projects moving forward
