Senior Project Manager
About the role
A Senior Project Manager is needed to lead and manage multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout. The role involves overseeing project managers, superintendents, and field crews, driving project schedules, budgets, and manpower planning, ensuring jobsite efficiency, safety, and quality, coordinating with general contractors, owners, and subcontractors, monitoring costs, productivity, and profitability, identifying risks early and proactively solving field challenges, managing contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders, conducting regular jobsite visits and leadership meetings, mentoring junior PMs and supporting field leadership, and building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from pre-construction through closeout
- Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and field crews
- Drive project schedules, budgets, and manpower planning
- Ensure jobsite efficiency, safety, and quality across all phases
- Cookordinate with GCs, owners, and subcontractors
- Monitor costs, productivity, and profitability—own the financial performance
- Identify risks early and proactively solve field challenges
- Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Conduct regular jobsite visits and leadership meetings
- Mentor junior PMs and support field leadership
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or high-level PM
- Background in mechanical, industrial, or specialty subcontracting (preferred, not required)
- Strong experience leading crews and running job sites efficiently
- Familiarity with scaffolding, metal siding/panels, insulation, or similar scopes is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Sales-minded, relationship-driven, and ambitious
- Bilingual is a plus
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in construction management or related field
- Knowledge of project management tools and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
