Senior Project Manager

A Senior Project Manager is at the heart of every project's success—ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every turn. You guide your team with expertise in construction standards, quality control, and Environmental, Health, and Safety policies. You thrive on managing daily operations, overseeing documentation, and maintaining clear, proactive communication to keep projects on track and within budget. Your financial insight helps monitor margins, progress, and costs, while your transparency builds trust with leadership, strategic partners, and stakeholders. When challenges arise, your problem-solving, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills keep projects moving forward smoothly—even under high-stakes conditions.

Beyond day-to-day operations, you take ownership of project compliance audits, schedules, permitting processes, and subcontractor coordination. You empower your team through coaching, cross-training, and development opportunities, fostering excellence and motivating others while strengthening client and colleague relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
• Manage teams, daily operations, and project schedules
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and job profitability
• Coordinate subcontractors, bids, and permitting
• Handle contracts, change orders, and policy compliance
• Support crisis management and on-call responses
• Respond after hours and on weekends as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the restoration/construction industry or equivalent
• Experience in water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, and asbestos remediation
• Safety courses as required for the position
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience
• Valid driver’s license

Employees assigned to certain healthcare-related roles may be required to participate in additional drug and alcohol screening programs in accordance with client requirements, such as Coalition for Construction Safety ("CCS") regulations in the state of Indiana.

Pay

$70,000 – $80,000 per year
