Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Cook up internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
- Lead project meetings, track progress, and communicate clearly with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Monitor and control project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., KPIs, status reports).
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience managing projects in a Patient Services Hub or specialty pharmacy environment.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar).
Skills
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and leadership skills, experience managing budgets and timelines, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders toward a common goal.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
Schedule
This role is available full-time, Monday through Friday, with 40 hours per week.
