Senior Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing one or more large-scale, non-technical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including:
• Feasibility studies
• Requirements gathering
• Business analysis
• ROI and business case development
• Design and testing coordination
• Implementation planning
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project objectives, requirements, and deliverables are clearly documented.
• Cook up internal and external resources to support project execution.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive projects that may be strategic in nature and critical to business objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably managing complex enterprise-level initiatives.
• Prominent ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
