Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

At E Tech Group, we are a leading engineering and system integration firm with over 30 years of experience in IT automation and control solutions for various industries. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in the Mission Critical industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
• Manage client communication and resolve scope, schedule, and cost issues.
• Develop and maintain project labor resource plans and procurement plans.
• Maintain project cost budgets and reports, and forecast monthly project costs.
• Lead the project team to achieve project tasks and milestones on schedule and under budget.
• Communicate project progress to the team and the client, and advocate for the project team.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Present regular project activity and financial updates to large audiences.
• Participate in the implementation of new project management tools.
• Understand and apply E Tech Group's Project Management Life Cycle Stages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of dedicated project management experience or 5+ years in a project engineering environment.
• Proficient in project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Ability to implement PMI-based standards into the E Tech Group culture and mentor others.
• Proven project leadership on difficult projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing contracts and/or subcontractors.
• Familiarity with industrial controls projects and project budget/fiscal accountability.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience background.
• Controls Engineering background preferred.
• Experience with true design projects (EOR) preferred.
• PMP Certification preferred.
