Major Areas of Responsibility
- Complete projects on schedule and under budget.
- Establish project parameters and review all material.
- Establish project team and conduct project review meetings.
- Lead a cross-functional team of mechanical, electrical and software engineers as well as subcontractors to design and commission customer solutions to some of the world's largest airports.
Desired Skills And Experience
- 10+ Years’ experience in Airport Baggage Handling Project Management experience.
- Warehouse & Distribution experience strongly preferred.
- Engineering degree preferred.
- Knowledge of computer scheduling, preferably PRIMAVERA.
- Excellent communication skills - This position will interact with all levels within the company and with customers.
- Demonstrated Physical Abilities as Follows: Remain stationary for 50% of the time; move/traverse throughout the office to access file cabinets and office equipment; operate a computer and other productivity machinery; inspect documents; communicate with others through talking/hearing; read/identify/assess forms and correspondence.
- Capable of maneuvering through an industrial conveyor system requiring climbing access ladders, negotiating screen guards and lifting and/or carrying objects up to 40 lbs.
