Senior Project Manager
Job Description
The Senior Project Manager plays an integral role in collaborating closely with our client to deliver on digital projects which drive one of the world’s most trafficked websites. You will take a leadership role and support our client’s presence across all of their products. Their digital properties are a showcase for Internet standards and innovation in addition to being a critical part of the product marketing strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in digital project management supporting the marketing and development of digital communications across a variety of channels and platforms
- 7+ years’ experience managing product launches, campaigns, platforms and corporate initiatives
- 4+ years’ developing marketing content for multiple digital platforms and partners
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms and technologies
- Experience with iWork & Office productivity tools such as Keynote, Pages, Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint
- Experience with collaboration and issue tracking tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Sprint planning, backlog management, user story development, acceptance criteria definition, and participation in standard Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives)
- Strong understanding of how to manage and control project scope, schedule, budget and resource management / reporting and change management, project roadmap development, and revenue forecasting
- Experience managing teams and conversations with clients around scope, schedule, and budget as well as roadmaps, objectives, and strategies

- Comfortable working under tight deadlines
Skills
- Strong understanding of Project Management principles, methods, and techniques
Benefits
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
Pay
$110,000 - $115,000
