Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects that align with both business and technology objectives. They are responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.
• Cook up and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, keeping projects on track.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain proactive communication, addressing potential roadblocks before they impact project progress.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Project for project management.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of diving deep into project details.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $92,250–$101,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.

Schedule

This position is for an existing, immediate vacancy. It is located in Omaha, NE and requires an onsite schedule of 5 days a week.
