Responsibilities
- Provide management and oversight of large, complex projects using standard methodologies and processes.
- Direct, coordinate, assess risks, assure timeline compliance, and make recommendations as needed.
- Have command of the contractual requirements and ensure scope compliance.
- Communicate an understanding of the company's business, strategies, and service offerings.
- Manage the relationship with the customer project manager.
- Assess risk and determine the most feasible alternative.
- Manage budget and financial workbooks.
- Mentor associates and assist with pre-sales activities as needed.
- Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems or related field.
- 12+ years of related experience such as in project management, business administration, operations management, IT management support, or contract management.
- Solid understanding of the concept of revenues, margins, and labor cost with the ability to apply to CompuCom financial planning tools and practices.
- Understanding of account operations, P&L management, budget management, and program management methodologies.
- Experienced in dealing with ambiguity, conflict management, technical competence, and critical thinking.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and experience in presenting and meeting facilitation.
Pay
The annual starting salary for this position is between $105,000 – $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
