Description Of Duties/Essential Functions
Under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, provides direct services to patients consistent with the individual's treatment plan; implements unit programs as established by the Treatment Team. Coordinates and implements facility timekeeping procedures for one shift; completes documentation for staffing needs and adequate staff coverage.
Minimum Requirements
Requires successful completion of an approved training program and one year experience in or applicable to the care, treatment and habilitation of persons with mental illness or developmental disabilities.
