- Lead projects across a range of solution types, including Salesforce, custom application development, SaaS solutions, and other enterprise technology initiatives.
- Apply strong delivery discipline across hybrid, agile, and waterfall environments, tailoring the approach to fit the engagement.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders, including project managers, sponsors, and executive steering committees.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, with the judgment to identify what requires immediate action and apply urgency where it matters most.
- Manage project financials, delivery reporting, governance, and overall engagement health.
- Maintain control of scope and contractual alignment, including SOWs, SLAs, assumptions, and change management.
- Lead day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams, including CGI team members, subcontractors, and third-party vendors.
- Communicate clearly and actively with clients, project teams, internal leadership, and external partners to maintain alignment and delivery confidence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project and/or program management experience leading client-facing technology implementations in a consulting or professional services environment.

- Experience managing delivery in alignment with contractual scope, terms, and service expectations.
- Experience leading matrixed teams and coordinating across clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and third-party vendors.
- Strong judgment, executive presence, attention to detail, and a disciplined, structured approach to delivery.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects within a highly regulated industry (such as financial services, banking, or insurance).
- Familiarity with FDCPA, CFPB, TCPA, and/or GLBA is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite as client assignments require.
