About the role
Responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions based on user needs and project specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand project goals and objectives.
- Work closely with designers to ensure visual consistency and user experience.
- Develop and maintain software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Participate in testing and debugging processes to identify and resolve issues.
- Document code and project details for future reference and maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of software development tools and platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.

Benefits
