About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions based on user needs and project specifications.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand project goals and objectives.
• Work closely with designers to ensure visual consistency and user experience.
• Develop and maintain software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met.
• Participate in testing and debugging processes to identify and resolve issues.
• Document code and project details for future reference and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of software development tools and platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.

Benefits
