About the role

Responsible for leading a team of software developers in developing innovative solutions for complex business problems. Requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in project planning and execution, including setting priorities and managing timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies through continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in software development.
• Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with database design and SQL.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in at least one full-stack framework (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of security best practices and principles.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java).
• Experience with front-end and back-end development.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
