Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead transportation infrastructure design projects focusing on roadway projects
• Aid in marketing and securing work for the Indiana Department of Transportation and local public agencies
• Lead the design process and oversee task performance indicators such as budget, schedule, and risk
• Maintain quality control of the work product
• Mentor junior level staff and collaborate with Operation Leaders, Project Managers, and Professional Engineers across the firm
• Support proposal development and client relationship management

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited civil or transportation engineering program
• PE registration in the State of Indiana, or ability to be registered with reciprocity
• 12+ years of related roadway design and project management experience
• Knowledge of INDOT design standards is a plus
• Prior proposal development and client relationship management experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience with Bentley and AutoCAD products
• Great communication and team leadership skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
