Senior Project Manager
About the role
Your role Leads the project team in executing all phases of the project lifecycle.
Independently develops and manages project scope, schedule, and budget.
Develops and implements comprehensive Project Management Plans.
Manages all financial aspects of the project.
Approves subconsultant and vendor invoices.
Proactively identifies and manages budget variances and communicates financial performance to senior management.
Serves as the primary point of contact for the client.
Leads contract negotiations.
Represents the firm and client at public hearings and regulatory meetings.
Leads and directs multi-disciplinary project teams.
Mentors Project Managers and Associate PMs.
Identifies new business opportunities and participates in proposals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required; Graduate degree is desirable.
- 10+ years professional experience, 5-8 years of direct project management experience.
- PMP certification or equivalent is required or must be obtained within one year of appointment.

Pay
Expected compensation range is between $140,000 – $170,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
