Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-platform IT initiatives, including projects involving emerging AI technologies.
- Collaborate with development teams, business leaders, enterprise architects, and technology stakeholders.
- Manage project tasks, schedules, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Cross-coordinate efforts across leadership teams, technical teams, business units, and governance groups.
- Oversee vendor, consultant, and contractor performance.
- Care for project documentation, including budgets, schedules, risk logs, issue logs, metrics, and status reports.
- Provide timely project updates according to communication plans.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Promote collaboration across IT, security, business, and vendor teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, security, operational, and vendor-related risks.
- Ensure proactive issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that project solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and governance requirements.
- Monitor vendor and third-party deliverables using defined KPIs and SLAs.
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and contractual compliance.
- Manage project milestones, deliverables, change requests, and release activities.
- Support successful deployments while minimizing operational disruption.
- Coordinate testing strategies and execution.
- Ensure development of test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, and testing documentation.
- Support user training, operational readiness, adoption activities, and knowledge transfer.
- Provide leadership on system upgrades, cloud modernization initiatives, infrastructure modernization, application migrations, security vulnerability remediation, and asset management improvements.
- Apply knowledge of infrastructure environments, databases, APIs, and application architectures.
- Support technical planning, estimation, and solution decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing large-scale IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Vendor and contract management experience.
- Cloud, infrastructure, and application modernization expertise.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with testing, release management, and deployment planning.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of databases, APIs, integrations, and application architectures.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams while meeting aggressive delivery timelines.
