Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules supporting pipeline programs
• Manage cross-functional teams across Process Development and related functions
• Partner with technical leads to define deliverables and project timelines
• Drive project execution and milestone achievement
• Develop timeline scenarios and strategic planning options for portfolio decisions
• Facilitate governance meetings, management reviews, and stakeholder alignment
• Maintain project collaboration sites and repositories of key deliverables
• Monitor project risks and provide status reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with Business Analysis and Performance teams to deliver project metrics
• Support lessons learned activities, best practices, and process improvements

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of project management experience
• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industries
• Strong technical background supporting development programs
• Experience managing cross-functional project teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Experience with project scheduling and portfolio planning
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Planisware and Smartsheet preferred
• Direct CMC experience highly preferred
