Responsibilities Provide safety leadershipAdminister contractsSet up projectsCoordinate and schedule site laborManage budgeting and estimatingHandle documentation, submittals, and O&M’sCoordinate purchasing and sub-contractsTrack productionEnsure quality control and quality assuranceControl project costs and billingForecast project costs to completeManage project change ordersClose out projectsFacilitate internal and external communicationPerform additional duties as assigned Essential Skills 5+ years of project management experience in the semiconductor or data center industryExperience in electrical construction with an electrical contractorProficiency in MS Office and BluebeamKnowledge of medium-high voltageExperience in construction management and electrical engineeringFamiliarity with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, and Primavera Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent field experienceStrong management and human relations skillsFinancial analytical skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to interact effectively with managers, employees, vendors, and othersSelf-motivated, proactive, and an effective team playerProfessional demeanor and appearance Work Environment The role is based onsite at a data center project, operating Monday through Friday with typical starting times around 6/7am. The position requires working 45-50 hours per week and is salaried. The main office is located in Mesa, AZ. A company vehicle or allowance, and a company phone or allowance, are provided. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mesa, AZ. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
