Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Develop and maintain client base
- Manage HVAC/Plumbing/process sales
- Manage field labor needs for each project
- Forecast and control costs within agreed-upon limits
- Provide business procedures and legal protection documents
- Bill jobs while maintaining a clear understanding of job costs
- External Client Relations
- Lead client meetings and contract development
- Maintain cordial relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and the industry
- Internal Team Coordination
- Supervise and coordinate efforts across ACCO departments including Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction, and Service
- Contribute to special studies and committees to advance ACCO’s technical abilities
- Communicate with internal and external customers
- Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in estimating, design, and/or management of HVAC projects from $50,000 to $100+ million
- Ability to operate independently and autonomously
- Demonstrate a high sense of integrity
- Develop new business
- Show strong interpersonal and project management abilities
- Maintain a community presence in an industry-based or community-based organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Experience preferred in Business Systems Software (JDE, IFS, BidTracer, FastEst, Bluebeam, Box, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Regular and routine attendance
- Typical Hours: Monday to Friday, starting as early as 6:00 am and ending at 7:00 pm
- Varying work in varying locations
- Competitive Wages: $138,030 to $230,050 Annual Salary
