Senior Project Manager Architecture & Design Location: Baltimore, MD | Onsite Im representing a nationally recognized senior living development organization seeking a Senior Project Manager Architecture to lead architectural design and coordination for new development and repositioning projects. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced architect or architectural PM looking to transition to the owner/developer side and have greater influence over the full development process. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural programming and design for new projectsCoordinate architects, engineers, interior designers, and consultantsSupport master planning, capital planning, and project budgetsReview drawings and specifications for design quality and complianceProvide architectural guidance through design and constructionParticipate in site visits, construction meetings, and project reviews Ideal Background 10+ years of architectural experience preferred4+ years in architectural programming, design, consultant coordination, and construction administrationSenior living, multifamily, healthcare, hospitality, or similar experience preferredStrong project management and consultant coordination skillsArchitecture license is a plus
