Senior Project Manager - Airport Development

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage airport development projects from planning through construction completion
- Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, technical quality, and regulatory compliance
- Direct multidisciplinary teams and coordinate internal resources and external partners
- Manage airside infrastructure projects including: Runways, Taxiways, Aircraft parking aprons, Airfield pavements, Grading and drainage systems, Pavement markings
- Ensure designs comply with FAA standards, airport authority requirements, and applicable state and local regulations
- Prepare and negotiate project scopes, schedules, and fee proposals
- Monitor project budgets, invoices, and financial performance
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews
- Support business development efforts and strengthen client relationships
- Mentor project managers and junior engineering staff
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain Colorado PE licensure within six months, 10 to 15+ years of engineering and project management experience, Minimum 3+ years of aviation or airport engineering experience, Strong understanding of FAA Advisory Circulars and airport design requirements, Strong financial and budget management skills, Exceptional leadership and project management abilities, Strong client communication and contract negotiation skills, Valid driver's license, or ability to obtain one shortly after hire
- PREFERRED: Existing client relationships within Colorado, Prior leadership or mentorship experience, Experience supporting business development initiatives
