Senior Project Manager, Agentic AI (AI Transformation)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Agentic AI (AI Transformation) to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead a multi-year AI transformation agenda, with a strong focus on execution discipline, governance, and cross-functional coordination. You will partner closely with HR, product, engineering, data, security, and vendor teams to move initiatives from discovery through pilot, scale, and optimization. The ideal candidate will help ensure delivery stays aligned to adoption, change readiness, and measurable business outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Own and manage integrated project plans for a multi-year AI transformation agenda Manage delivery across discovery, pilot, scale, and optimization phases for AI agents Coordinate dependencies between HR subject matter experts, product owners, engineering, data, security, and vendors Track benefits realization, milestones, risks, and interlocks across a multi-year roadmap Establish program governance, reporting, and executive-level updates Ensure alignment between delivery, change readiness, and operational adoption Qualifications 8+ years of senior project or program management experience in enterprise transformation Proven delivery of AI, automation, or complex digital transformation programs Strong understanding of Agile/hybrid delivery in regulated enterprise environments Experience in HR, shared services, or employee-facing platforms preferred Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills Benefits 401(K) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
