Senior Project Manager : Advanced Manufacturing + Industrial

About the Role

EUA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Advanced Manufacturing + Industrial studio, which may also include projects in the Aerospace & Technology markets. This position requires excellent technical, business, and interpersonal skills and is responsible for management and administration of all phases of a variety of projects and/or client accounts of varying scope and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility and oversight of client contact, budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, cost control, and monitoring all activities
• Ensure tasks are performed for all facets of the project, including design and aesthetic review of spaces, implementation/technical documents for all phases, and code compliance
• Manage and administer multiple projects of varying scope
• Maintain project financial health and oversight
• Use Revit effectively, understanding its strengths and limitations
• Understand and apply EUA standards and processes
• Work collaboratively with the entire team and delegate tasks appropriately
• Provide leadership and mentoring for Project Architects, Design Architects, Interior Designers, and other team members
• Influence beyond the project team as needed

Guidance will be provided by the Studio Director, Client Executive, or Practice Leader, typically relating to overall objectives, critical issues, and policy matters.

Requirements

• Licensed Architect with 5+ years of Project Management experience or equivalent (desired to stamp project drawings)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
• Knowledgeable in the use of Revit
• Experience within the Advanced Manufacturing + Industrial market is a plus

Pay

Annual base compensation for this role is $95,000 - $135,000 based on skills and experience.
