Senior Project Manager : Advanced Manufacturing + Industrial
About the Role
EUA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Advanced Manufacturing + Industrial studio, which may also include projects in the Aerospace & Technology markets. This position requires excellent technical, business, and interpersonal skills and is responsible for the management and administration of all phases of a variety of projects and/or client accounts of varying scope and complexity.
Primary responsibilities include oversight of client contact, budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, cost control, and monitoring all project activities. Guidance will be provided by the Studio Director, Client Executive, or Practice Leader, typically relating to overall objectives, critical issues, and policy matters.
The Senior Project Manager provides leadership and mentoring for Project Architects, Design Architects, Interior Designers, and other team members, and may have influence outside of the project team.
Responsibilities
- Management and administration of multiple projects of varying scope and complexity
- Client contact, contract management, scheduling, and oversight of project financial health
- Ensures tasks are performed for all facets of the project, including design and aesthetic review of spaces
- Oversees implementation and technical documentation for all phases and construction administration (CA)
- Ensures code compliance
- Utilizes Revit effectively, understanding its strengths and limitations
- Applies EUA standards and processes
- Collaborates with and delegates appropriately to the entire project team
- Mentors staff
- Stamps project drawings (licensure required)
Requirements
- Licensed Architect with 5+ years of Project Management experience or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience within the Advanced Manufacturing + Industrial market is a plus
Pay
Annual base compensation for this role is $95,000 - $135,000 based on skills and experience.
