Responsibilities
- Direct oversight of Ambassador Regional Project Leads and their teams, and of the IQVIA Ambassador Project Training team.
- Regular and timely communication with the client Ambassador Director.
- Ensure IQVIA Force has the appropriate resources and operational support to deliver on patient and client expectations.
- Develop and implement a robust plan to facilitate clear communication to the client’s Ambassador organization.
- Attend and jointly lead weekly program staff meetings with the client leadership team.
- Identify opportunities and participate in developing operational strategies, tactics, and resources to drive performance and optimize value for patients.
- Collaborate with client and IQVIA Senior Leadership to support KPI development.
- Provide Senior Leadership with updates on policy developments and their likely impact on patients and service delivery.
- Provide patient support activities as directed for other client programs and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 8+ years of leadership experience within nursing services, patient support programs, healthcare operations, pharmaceutical services, or related healthcare environments.
- Budgetary management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to examine the business environment and develop/execute strategies in response to market opportunities.
- Working knowledge of market trends and issues related to the patient journey and insights.
- Ability to travel 60-80%.
- Ability to lead and drive results in cross-functional teams.
- Strong planning and prioritization skills.
- Strong and effective presentation skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Initiative and vision to develop strategy and deliver results.
- Drive and enthusiasm.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and inspire support for initiatives.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with third parties using good negotiation skills.
- Proven success working with or within patient advocacy organizations or other patient health-related, communication-focused organizations providing services to targeted populations.
- Fully competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must have authorization to work in the US without the need for sponsorship; this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g., CFR 210/211, cGMP).
- Ambassador Program or comparable operational supervision experience (3+ years) as Field Manager (DM or higher).
- Project Management experience.
- Incentive Compensation Plan development and execution.
- Veeva / Sales Force.com Database experience.
Pay
The potential base pay range for this role is $200,000 - $240,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may also be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
