Senior Project Financial Analyst (Hybrid)
About the role
The F-15 International sustainment portfolio within Tactical Aircraft Electronic Warfare Solutions (TACAIR) Product Line is seeking a passionate and experienced project finance analyst to support this exciting and challenging sustainment program. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate program financial analysis for all programs within the assigned program area. This includes external and internal reporting, proposal support, leading program Estimates at Complete (EACs), managing cash flow, supporting quarterly business reviews, and leading the Integrated Business Plan for assigned programs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate program financial analysis for all programs within the assigned program area.
- Support external and internal reporting.
- Support proposal support.
- Lead program Estimates at Complete (EACs).
- Manage cash flow.
- Support quarterly business reviews.
- Lead the Integrated Business Plan for assigned programs.
- Collaborate with program teams as a full business partner.
- Support the business area strategy and provide financial data and analysis for decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / and 4 years of work experience; alternatively, a master’s degree and 2 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with Earned Value Management.
- Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional work teams.
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with company policies and procedures.
Preferred
- Experience in program finance and/or other finance functional disciplines.
- Experience with IPMDAR reporting.
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, Cobra, and iPortal.
- Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment.
- Experience with proposals.
- Understanding and knowledge industry practices and standards as well as company policies.
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $82779 - $140723
