Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

About the Role

At Benco Dental, we're a family-owned company with a rich history spanning over 90 years. We're seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Pittston, PA, in a hybrid role (2 days onsite per week). As a Financial Analyst, you'll be a trusted business partner, empowering leaders to make informed operational and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Review financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and communicate insights to the business
• Build financial models and plans, considering key business drivers
• Collaborate with colleagues and management, providing independent analysis to support or challenge assumptions
• Design presentations with clear narratives and effective visualization techniques (PowerPoint, Excel, Qlik Sense)
• Assess operational initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities
• Support business leaders in decision-making processes, articulating consequences and risks of various options
• Work with data, modifying variables in SQL and writing queries across multiple tables
• Proactively seek feedback from management, peers, and business partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science
• 4-6 years of analytical work experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Must reside near Pittston, PA, for hybrid work
