Plan, coordinate, and execute HVAC projects
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, resource allocation, and monitor project progress.
- Cook with Sales, Design, Procurement, Vendors, and Site Teams for seamless project execution.
- Review HVAC drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and contract documents before project execution.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with approved designs and project specifications.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and project-related issues.
- Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely availability of equipment and materials at project sites.
- Monitor project costs, prepare billing documents, variation orders, progress reports, and maintain project documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays, cost overruns, and operational issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors during project execution.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and clients.

Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years
