About the role
Support and assist the project manager in assuring timely project completion. From developing schedules and budgets to coordinating with subcontractors, owners, and vendors, you’ll play a key role in the efficient completion of projects while upholding our commitment to quality craftsmanship and fun.
Responsibilities
- Create project management and superintendent documentation including schedules, material purchases, cost management, progress charts, labor allocation, etc.
- Coordinate and communicate with owners, vendors, crews, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers to facilitate timely project completion.
- Assist with labor forecasting and project billings.
- Conduct workplace inspections assessing quantity and specification/quality, percent completion by subcontractors, and safety compliance.
- Develop operations and maintenance manuals and as-builts as required.
- Provide mentorship and training to less experienced team members.
- Assume responsibility for day-to-day financial management of assigned scope, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining fiscal records.
- Inspire teamwork and collaboration through effective communication, conflict resolution, and a positive attitude.
- Maintain a professional appearance and workspace, and comply with all company and site policies and best practice standards.
- Participate in and promote the company’s safety culture and quality programs.
- Utilize relevant company technology to support all assigned responsibilities.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record to operate a company vehicle.
- Exercise initiative or perform additional duties as needed to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience.
- 1 year or more of related work experience preferred (other technical experience such as military, public service, or on-the-job training may meet this requirement).
Physical Demands and Working Environment
- May require periods of overnight travel.
- Normal office environment with periods of time walking on construction sites.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Frequent activity: sitting, viewing, and typing on a computer screen.
- Occasional activity: standing, walking, bending, reaching above shoulder, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling.
- At times, required to use a ladder and work at tall heights (e.g., rooftop, access ladders, scissor-lift, scaffolding).
- Safety-sensitive position requiring extreme focus and attention to safety hazards and protocols.
