Senior Project Engineer
Responsibilities
- Perform various management, leadership, and people accountability responsibilities for a specific technical group or department.
- Responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments.
- Plan and develop engineering tasks concerned with unique or controversial problems.
- This involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope and selection of problems for investigation and development of novel concepts and approaches.
- Maintain liaison with units within the organization and individuals inside and outside of the organization.
- Responsible for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to the field.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field + 10 years of heavy civil construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Experience in heavy civil construction projects, preferably in excess of $50 million.
- Water / Wastewater treatment plant construction projects highly preferred.

Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test. This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization. The salary range for this position is between $169,000- $190,000 per year depending on experience and/or education.
