Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for leading complex engineering projects from conception through completion. They are expected to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience.
• Proven leadership experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
