Responsibilities
- Perform or delegate design tasks to project engineers and technicians
- Making critical design decisions and reviewing project deliverables
- Preparing correspondence, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited institution
- Registered Professional Engineer with 4-8 years of experience (or equivalent as a Project Engineer)
- Experience in civil design plan development
- Ability to complete stormwater and sanitary drainage studies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong organizational, technical writing, and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A collaborative spirit — comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- A knack for presenting ideas clearly, both in writing and in person
