Senior Project Engineer

Overview

Laciny Bros., Inc., a family-owned custom fabrication company, is seeking a full-time Senior Project Engineer to join their team. Since 1916, Laciny Bros. has specialized in providing quality custom fabrication in a wide variety of industries and applications. Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining high level relationships with current and new clients
• Execute site visits to assess project scope, develop projects internally, and present solutions to customers
• Manage projects throughout the fabrication process, occasionally including onsite installation
• Maintain key accounts
• Develop new business through superior job execution

Qualifications

• A full, working knowledge of a shop floor and a clear understanding of the various fabrication processes
• A minimum of five years of Project Management, or sales experience, and the skills required to successfully develop and maintain high level relationships
• Expert problem-solving capabilities
• The interpersonal skills to excel in a team environment
• An ability to conceptualize/develop solutions from scratch and oversee the execution and implementation of the concepts in a manufacturing environment
• A firm understanding of non-corporate, family business culture

Skills
