Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer supports the Project Manager and Site Superintendent in coordinating project delivery, documentation, cost control, scheduling, quality, safety, and closeout activities. The role is expected to develop increasing independence, anticipate project needs, and build the technical and leadership capabilities required to advance into a Project Manager or Site Superintendent position. Working collaboratively with clients, contractors, partners, and internal teams, the Senior Project Engineer helps deliver value-added projects safely, on time, and within budget while building lasting customer relationships. This position will assist Project Managers and Superintendents on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and Site Superintendent in monitoring the project budget and schedule, identifying variances, and communicating potential impacts.
• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with Project Meetings and ensure accurate documentation of meetings.
• Assist Superintendent with daily construction problem solving on the site
