Senior Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of requirements planning, materials planning/control, and production scheduling for custom designs and prototyping.
• Direct and supervise the activities of engineering team members (including hardware fabricators and software developers).
• Lead systems engineering initiatives, including research, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), and concept designs for test facility innovations.
• Ensure all engineering outputs comply with strict technical standards and cybersecurity regulations.
• Align designs with commercial or military standards (e.g., MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-1472).

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in project engineering.
• Deep understanding of instrumentation/test systems, production planning, and manufacturing enhancement.
• Thorough familiarity with harsh-environment design constraints (vibration, shock, electromagnetic interference) is highly desired.
