Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support our Project Managers in overseeing multiple industrial projects. The ideal candidate is hyper-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented—a true self-starter with a strong backbone who can handle high expectations. You’ll be trusted with significant responsibilities and expected to deliver top-tier results with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution
• Analyze and interpret civil drawings with precision and confidence
• Manage 2-4 projects simultaneously, ranging from $150K to $400K+
• Leverage AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook to keep projects on track
• Bring a keen eye for detail and exceptional follow-through to every aspect of your work

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer
• Industrial construction experience is a plus but not required
• Strong ability to read and interpret civil drawings with confidence
• A Type A personality—organized, proactive, and driven to get things done
• Ability to work independently and excel under high expectations
• A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook is required

Pay

$70,000 – $90,000 + bonuses and profit sharing

Schedule

Full-time, in-office (90%), some on-site (10%)
