Senior Project Engineer

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in reviewing proposals and plans to establish time frames, funding limitations, and procedures for project completion.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to analyze budget costs for small-scale projects, ensuring alignment with financial goals and project requirements.
• Maintain frequent communication with general contractors, external vendors, and subcontractors.
• Occasionally accompany Project Manager’s to project sites.
• Participate in project start-up and close-out activities.
• Aid in estimating and processing change orders.
• Create an agenda for kickoff and handoff meetings.
• Ensure the required safety documentation is provided to the General Contractor.

Requirements

• 5+ Years experience in Electrical Administration.
• Electrical experience is a plus.
• Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.
• Strong organization, communication, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000.
