Senior Project Designer

Description

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to lead the execution of multiple projects from concept through completion via design leadership, strong communication and active independent and collaborative engagement. Interested applicants must have a top-tier design aesthetic and the ability to effectively mentor and guide project teams.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

• Strong design skills and a passion for creativity
• Strong organizational skills to timely maintain project milestones and deliverables throughout the life of the project
• A high degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness
• Ability to lead projects in multiple phases of development
• Experience from Concept through Construction Administration
• Ability to skillfully work alongside internal and external collaborators
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative work environment
• Ability to establish critical path milestones and deliverable schedules

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications:
• A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor of Architecture degree or Master's of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience with REVIT, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Bluebeam
• Mid- to Large-scale commercial experience preferred
• Licensed Architect preferred

Salary Description

$95,000- $140,000/ yr DOE
