About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive design strategies.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.
- Conduct site visits and perform feasibility studies as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience with sustainable design practices.
- Knowledge of green building certification systems (LEED, WELL, etc.) preferred.
- Understanding of construction documents and contract administration.
- Ability to lead design charrettes and workshops.
Skills

Pay
