About the role

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive design strategies.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.
• Conduct site visits and perform feasibility studies as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience with sustainable design practices.
• Knowledge of green building certification systems (LEED, WELL, etc.) preferred.
• Understanding of construction documents and contract administration.
• Ability to lead design charrettes and workshops.
