Senior Project Delivery Manager - NVIS

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in project delivery in data center environments. This role involves establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, understanding high and low-level technical architecture, developing comprehensive technical solutions, and handling project changes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators
• Understand the high and low-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions
• Develop & present comprehensive technical solutions to customers
• Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners
• Lead complex installations
• Report and advance all observed problems to proper operational partner concern points
• Handle the communication of project changes and release notices to customers
• Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely

Requirements

• BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in project delivery management
• Minimum five years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customers
• Superior leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams
• Superb communication and presentation/oral skills
• Strong social skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision
• Experience leading global projects

Qualifications

• Experience with AI and GPU infrastructure Deployment
• PMP Certification

• Base Salary Range: $136,000 - $212,750 for Level 3, and $168,000 - $258,750 for Level 4
