Senior Project Coordinator
About the role
The Senior Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of complex construction projects across industrial, power, and commercial markets. Key responsibilities include serving as a critical partner to Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, and field teams, ensuring projects run efficiently from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities also include owning key administrative and financial workflows such as cost tracking, billing, procurement support, and document control.

- Own key administrative and financial workflows, including cost tracking, billing, procurement support, and document control
- Maintain alignment across internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Play a role in mentoring junior coordinators and driving continuous improvement across project processes
Requirements
- Associate’s degree required
- 4–6+ years of experience in construction accounting, project coordination, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of construction accounting practices, project financials, and contract terms
- Experience supporting cost tracking, billing, procurement, and project documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 and project management/financial systems (CMiC and Autodesk preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across project teams, subcontractors, and clients

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
