Senior Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Senior Project Coordinator to join our extraordinary team. This role involves assisting with programming principles, managing client budgets, schedules, and programs, overseeing project communication and documentation, supervising and mentoring staff, identifying customer needs, leading or designing small projects, and overseeing the work of other team members.

Responsibilities

• Affirmatively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs
• Effectively supervise and mentor staff
• Identify customer's needs and understand their culture
• Lead or design small projects
• Oversee and direct the work of other team members
• Prepare and manage project fee budgets
• Market/sell Beck with the ability to communicate the Integrated Enterprise
• Enjoy working in a team environment

Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant architecture experience
• Professional registration preferred
• Frequent physical demands including sitting, standing, moving about the office, lifting up to 10 lbs, operating a computer, attending client meetings, coordinating with project teams, adhering to architectural design standards, and maintaining consistent attendance

Qualifications

• An understanding of complex aspects of Architecture
• A passion to get things done

• An interest in the Integrated project delivery method
• An interest in process improvement and technology

Skills

• Comfortable using Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop, and other 3D modeling tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
