Senior Project Control Analyst

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Management Teams to develop and review project budgets and forecasts
• Facilitate contract kick-off meetings and ensure effective project set-up
• Maintain CostPoint project workforce and manage labor charges
• Monitor project expenditures for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Report on project financial performance and recommend corrective actions
• Manage subcontractor cost management lifecycle and review invoices
• Partner with program management to track risks and mitigation activities
• Prepare client status reports and support financial requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• At least 7 years of experience in a Project/Program Control role for a government contractor
• Deltek Costpoint experience
• Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration
• Strong organization skills with a focus on accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Excel

Pay

$102,000 – $125,000 annually
