What You’ll Do
- Lead architectural projects from programming through construction administration
- Translate client goals, budgets, and schedules into functional, code-compliant designs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver fully integrated solutions
- Lead client meetings, design workshops, and stakeholder presentations
- Oversee construction administration, including submittals, RFIs, and site visits
- Maintain design quality, technical accuracy, and constructability across projects
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Architect with a B.Arch or M.Arch
- 10+ years of professional experience, including K–12 and commercial/private-sector projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience in an integrated architecture and engineering firm
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
