About the Role
We are seeking creative, energetic team players who are passionate about design to grow our multi-studio practice. Professional growth opportunities are available in our aviation, science and tech, workplace, and public studios. We are looking for self-directed individuals that can move tasks and portions of projects (exterior or interior detailing) forward with limited oversight. Excellent communication skills and a sound working knowledge of architecture principles are essential.
Responsibilities
- Works closely on a day-to-day basis with the project designer and manager to execute project plans and develop project documents during the design, bidding, and construction phases.
- Can be relied upon to present directly to the client on technical and design solutions.
- Coordinate with a project manager to directly supervise the team's design and technical delivery.
- Skilled at coordinating moderately sized projects and consultant teams, with limited phasing.
- Understands and provides mentoring within a team.
- Coordinates phased quality assurance coordination and constructability reviews.
- Meets established project budgets and schedules.
- Effectively utilizes technical software and graphic tools.
Requirements
- Graduates of accredited architecture programs with 10 to 15 years of experience and are licensed.
- Proficiency is required in Revit, some knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD, and competence in Adobe Creative Suite applications.
Pay
Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 annually.

Schedule
