Senior Project Architect

About the Role

We are seeking creative, energetic team players who are passionate about design to grow our multi-studio practice. Professional growth opportunities are available in our aviation, science and tech, workplace, and public studios. We are looking for self-directed individuals that can move tasks and portions of projects (exterior or interior detailing) forward with limited oversight. Excellent communication skills and a sound working knowledge of architecture principles are essential.

Responsibilities

• Works closely on a day-to-day basis with the project designer and manager to execute project plans and develop project documents during the design, bidding, and construction phases.
• Can be relied upon to present directly to the client on technical and design solutions.
• Coordinate with a project manager to directly supervise the team's design and technical delivery.
• Skilled at coordinating moderately sized projects and consultant teams, with limited phasing.
• Understands and provides mentoring within a team.
• Coordinates phased quality assurance coordination and constructability reviews.
• Meets established project budgets and schedules.
• Effectively utilizes technical software and graphic tools.

Requirements

• Graduates of accredited architecture programs with 10 to 15 years of experience and are licensed.
• Proficiency is required in Revit, some knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD, and competence in Adobe Creative Suite applications.

Pay

Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 annually.

Schedule

Hybrid work environment requiring in-office presence two days per week minimum.
