Senior Project Architect

About the role

CVM is looking for a creative, licensed architect with ten or more years of experience and preservation expertise to investigate and design building envelope solutions for major institutional, commercial, non-profit, and industrial buildings. You will be engaged in the renovation of existing buildings and the repair and restoration of existing structures for the nation’s premier institutional, non-profit, and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and design building envelope solutions for major institutional, commercial, non-profit, and industrial buildings
• Engage in the renovation, repair, and restoration of existing structures

Requirements

• Licensed architect with ten or more years of experience
• Preservation experience
• Enthusiasm for good investigative practice, design, and problem solving
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Strong writing and communication abilities
• Proficiency in design and documentation using Revit, Rhino, Bluebeam, and InDesign/Adobe Suite

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree preferred
